Then journal what I discovered for a few minutes and review those writings once a week for clarity and trends. After a few days of this, my husband says what the heck are you doing? And I told him it’s an exercise to better connect with myself so I can better connect with you and others. I want to love, honor and value you all the days that we have together. He was like, Ok! It’s a little weird though, But hey baby get weird if it works! And it does work!
