1) Do you notice more negative in people, in how people live, the groups that they belong to and the way they do things compared to yourself? If so, why? If you don’t, then what do you notice when you look at others?
2) Are you aware of the positive and negative within yourself, your close relationships, the groups that you
belong to and your way of life? If so, what do you do to create more positive within those categories?
